PROGRAM BENEFITS
Investments that qualify begin at €700,000 and come in a variety of forms. With an initial donation of €600,000, citizenship is available after three years of residency; however, with an additional commitment of €750,000, citizenship is available after at least one year of residency.
Investors must also select whether to buy a house for at least €700,000 or rent a property for at least €18,000 annually. These must be preserved for a minimum of five years following the date of the naturalization certificate.
Additionally, candidates must make a €10,000 donation to a charity that is authorized and compatible.
A person having Maltese citizenship has the option to live, work, or study within the European Union. They also have access to international mobility and unwavering family security.
The minimum age for all applicants is 18 years old.

INVESTMENT OPTIONS & REQUIREMENTS
The range of eligible investments under the Maltese Citizenship Regulations is €700,000–€1,460,000.
The investment value depends on the chosen contribution option, and whether the applicant decides to purchase a property at €700,000 or above, or rent a residence for at least five years at €18,000 per annum or higher.
With the exception of a larger investment of €700,000 and a duration of 12 months of residency prior to citizenship application, investors may pay €600,000. This entails 36 months of residency.
Additionally, a €10,000 donation to a registered and compliant NGO is mandatory.
The minimum age for all applicants is 18 years old.
