Hoyam Alzarooni

Advocate Hoyam is a UAE national and an Associate Partner with Abdo Rafiq & Partners and has been practicing law since 2009. Advocate Hoyam graduated from Sharjah University in 2007 and worked as a judicial trainee at the Ministry of Justice for a year from 2008 - 2009. Following completion of her training in 2009, she joined a UAE based full-service law firm and has been practicing law in the UAE.

Advocate Hoyam holds the right to appear before all UAE courts, investigation centers, public prosecution and police station. She has been representing clients efficiently and effectively at various levels of the UAE Courts particularly Dubai Courts, municipalities, government and semi-government departments and other concerned offices for more than 11 years. Advocate Hoyam has acquired extensive experience in different areas of law through her daily appearance before all these authorities, exposure to cases and high-level drafting of memorandums and pleadings.

Advocate Hoyam has an excellent understanding of UAE’s court structure and legal matters and she has successfully represented her individual and corporate clients in various complex civil as well as criminal litigation matters. Advocate Hoyam’s core areas of expertise include banking & finance, corporate & commercial advisory, litigation, dispute resolution, labour and real estate matters.
